Fall is in the Air

The past few mornings, Miss Zoe and I have been sharing a piece of peanut butter toast on the patio. It has actually been kinda chilly! I know it sounds silly, but I had to put something warmer on over my pj's. Soon I will be changing my latte order from iced to hot! I don't mind though. I love fall and the crispness in the air. There is something very serene about this time of year. I start thinking about pumkin anything: decorations, desserts, pasta! And - apples. Can't forget apples.

In case you were wondering, Miss Zoe is doing much better. She still has a couple of problems, but nothing compared to what we were dealing with in July. This is a picture of her contemplating where she will dig next. What a pill!

I have been working really hard to get some great Halloween items ready for my shows and my Etsy store. I took a break from Halloween yesterday and made another market cart liner for a cart I will be taking to Coburg. I will post a picture of it tomorrow.
These little trick or treaters will be available on Etsy tonight , along with a couple more items. If you are interested in them, just email me and I can provide more info! Have a wonderful Friday and a safe Labor Day Weekend! M. PS: My 100th Post Giveaway is coming soon!

Hello martha,
First of all i want to congratulate you on being 'published'! I'm not surprised in the least, your little beauties are truly a work of art, they reflect your heart and soul and what a wonderful person you are!
2nd of all, this summer has been an absolute mad house...the shop has been selling everything you can image and i've had to beat feet to round up more inventory..I was hoping to see you at Barn House last weekend.
An last but not least, take the Yakima Avenue exit, follow Yakima Ave (West) till the light at 7th Ave, turn right on Summitview, go though the light at 16th Ave, just past Fiddlesticks on right, turn right into parking lot (we share the same parking lot as fiddlesticks). Denise will be working tomorrow and she can send your family to some other great shopping locations!.
Sending my best your way and I can't wait to buy a Sommerset!
Love, Kim :)

Miss Zoe looks so content with life. I think it's the peanut butter!

Have a great long weekend!

A little bit of chill on a late Summer morning is oh so sweet! One of the best things about homeschooling is that we have our mornings together. Blessings... Polly
